 This convenient set of web based, production management tools are designed to help you manage the outsourcing print and electronic communication services that BCS provides. Info Center delivers information and tools that you can use before, during, and after the document production process. Some of the solutions include the following:
- Online proofing. Enables users to view and/or download PDF proofs of production documents.
- Message management. Enables client to develop and manage customized or personalized messages targeted toward key segments or to entire customer base.
- Production file auditing. Allow designated people to review and approve documents and data on line before files are released into production.
- Mail tracking. Provides mail-tracking information via planet codes.
- Pulls and special handling. Allows you to change routing for selected documents before printing; change delivery methods, route a document or delete it from production.
- Online reporting. Provides access to a host of valuable reports, production statistics, postage usage, inventory positions, data transmission information, and component usage.
- Archival and Retrieval. Gives exceptional and accessible archiving services where client can retrieve, view, print, and save any archived production document on line for accountability and control.
